I've read accounts about dozens of US Army 37mm anti-aircraft guns being sent to Oahu before PH, but the ammunition for them had only just arrived beforehand.  Meanwhile, the guns were stored in warehouses awaiting emplacement around the island.  Could anyone confirm, amplify or deny these claims?

I've read accounts in the past that stated that a number of US Army 37mm flak guns were stored in warehouses on Oahu and that their ammunition was still aboard a recently arrived transport ship awaiting unloading at the time of the attack.  I was looking for someone to confirm or amplify on what I had read.  Since then, I've come across this information about the existance and placement of the guns, although a bit too late to have done any good.:

"In the case of the Army, the following table reflects the places and times at which antiaircraft units were in position: [43]
