Updating this with information from the Congressional Record:

1917, "Nay" to the war in Europe.
1941, "Nay" to the war against Japan.  Dec. 8th, 1941
1941, "Present" to the war against Germany. Dec. 11th, 1941
1941, "Present" to the war against Italy. Dec. 11th, 1941

This is a good reminder for me to always check the record.

The possible spins:

She voted "Nay" against both wars.

She voted "Nay" against getting an uninvovlved US into WWI.  BUT, since the US was already at war this doesn't matter in 1941.

She voted "Nay" against Germany in 1917 and "Nay" against Japan in 1941, but "Present" against Germany and Italy in 1941.

She voted "Nay" twice and "Present" twice, so it's a dead heat.

End spin cycle.

You pick 'em.
