Navis-Neptun makes 1:1250 scale recognition models of the warships of several navies.  The Navis line covers ships through about 1920, and the Neptun line covers through 1945.  A year or so ago, they announced they produce a special run of of the Pearl Harbor battleships in their MS1 camouflage schemes.  Currently they have produced West Virginia, California, Nevada and Arizona.

The models are beautifully crafted, with an amazing amount of detail for ships so small (roughly 6" long).  The paint schemes are based on the US Navy painting instructions of the time.

These models are available from dealers like Morning Sunshine Models and 1250Ships in the US, and L. Wiedling and Galerie Maritime in Germany.  If interested check out the 1250 Scale site at 1250 Home Website

You can also find several other Pearl Harbor veterans by Neptun and other manufacturers, though seldomly in their correct camouflage colors.  Most are the combat vessels, though famous ships like the Antares and Vestal are available as well.
