Today May 27, 2010 Medal of Honor recipient John Finn passed away at the age of 100.  He was the oldest MOH recipient, and the only surviving MOH recipient of the Pearl Harbor attack.   John was at Kaneohe Naval Air Station, and positioned himself behind a sandbag barricade with a machinegun and fired upon attacking planes from the landing strip.  Despite being shot and full of shrapnel, Finn refused to relenquish his position until ordered to the hospital.  America has lost a great hero indeed...although he always said "The real Heroes didn't make through that day"
