Searching for information on cousin, Dwight Fisk Roberts, who died on USS Arizona on 7 December 1941 - Pearl Harbor attack. Any information, pictures or comments about Dwight would help in family history.

Roberts, Dwight Fisk, Fireman First Class
Pay grade: E-3 (enlisted) Rating: Non Designated, Engineering
With the very limited info I have at this point, I can't say where he worked in ARIZONA. As a Fireman, he would have been assigned to one of the several engineering divisions, including "A" Division - Auxiliary Machinery (deck machinery, galley equipment, heating & cooling . . .), "B" Division - Boilers (down in one of the six fire rooms or blower flats), "M" Division - Propulsion Machinery (any of the three main engine rooms). If you know anything else, keep us informed and we will see what else we can help with.

Susan, Your cousin is probably with my uncle, Ned Burton Donohue. He was an F1C, too.

We would love to include Mr. Roberts in our tribute!
