Greetings Fred:

I have a copy of the game to which you make reference. I have played it, but di not like some of the scenerios, especially the sinking of the Arizona.

Recently I obtained a copy of another game "Pearl Harbor: Attack! Attack!". This game was much better, but is more of the old style arcade game where you shoot down flying planes. The graphics and sounds are very good, and the game only cost me บ.00.

Fred-

I know this may be a bit late...nine months after first posting, but I have tried all three games out on the market right now.

"Pearl Harbor Attack! Attack!" by Activision and "Pearl Harbor Defend the Fleet" by Infogrames are both very closely similar. You have a gun (.50 cal, 20mm, 3" and 40mm) that you sit behind and have a 360-degree rotation around while protecting the fleet from the incoming Japanese aircraft. áThe latter of the two is more correct in the fact that it also has American aircraft airborn (P-40's) while PHAA has P-47's.

"Pearl Harbor Zero Hour" by ASAP Games is my favorite. For the fact that it takes you through the entire Pacific War. You fly one mission at Pearl, then one at the Coral Sea, Midway, Guadalcanal and so on up to Tokyo. You have a much more interactive roll in this game. On the CD, it also has a reenactment of the Pearl Attack. The graphics aren't too bad, but the time frames for when things occured are left to be desired.

All three games aren't too bad to pick up for a stress relief. And especially when you can get almost any of them for $10 around town.

Regards!
Chris
